Aquablue's 1 kg container desiccant strip is built with 4 individual 250gm pouches joined horizontally — giving maximum moisture absorption surface area across the full width of the strip. It continuously absorbs water vapour from the container's internal atmosphere throughout the entire voyage — preventing container rain which causes mould, rust, corrosion, clumping, and spoilage. Each 1kg container desiccant contains a scientifically formulated mixture of Calcium Chloride and Starch, packed in breathable nonwoven / Tyvek packaging that allows water vapour to pass through while trapping liquid water inside as gel — eliminating any risk of dripping on your cargo.
